Lean Healthcare Readiness Evaluation among Staff in Private Hospital

Lean Management in Healthcare Institution shows several benefit based on evidence both clinically and financially. Some hospital Indonesia already implemented lean management. In order to achieve sustainability of implementation, the have ready level adopted it. This study aimed evaluate healthcare readiness among staff private hospital. Thi sstudy used a quantitative design with population all employee Panti rapih Hospital Yogyakarta. Sample this were 100 some units that healthcare. analysis fuzzy technique from Readiness Framework Instrument. showed Euclidean Rapih implementation is Close (6.2 out 7). status means aspect bring daily basis work.
